Refunds.
We keep it fair. We keep it tight. The exact rule depends on what you bought and where you bought it.
1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Hankified LLC through a Hankified-operated checkout or invoice. If you purchase through a third party, their refund policy controls.
Individual ventures may publish venture-specific refund terms. If they do, those terms apply to that venture.
2. Digital goods and instant access
For digital goods, downloadable content, and products that provide immediate access (including one-time unlocks and credits), refunds are generally not available once access is delivered, except where required by law or where we determine a charge was clearly erroneous.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription charges are typically non-refundable once a billing period begins. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, subject to any venture-specific terms displayed at purchase.
4. Services and consulting
For services, retainers, consulting, or custom work, refunds are evaluated based on the specific statement of work, milestones completed, and non-recoverable costs. We may apply payments to time spent and expenses incurred.
5. How to request a refund
Email concrete@hankified.com with the venture name, the email used at purchase, the date of the charge, and a short explanation. If available, include the receipt or invoice ID.
6. Discretion and abuse
We may deny refund requests where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, excessive chargeback behavior, or attempts to obtain value without payment. We may suspend or terminate access in connection with misuse.
7. Required rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. Where law requires refunds, returns, or cooling-off periods, we will comply.
